NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide alternative primary medical services (APMS) at Broad Oak Medical Practice, Nottingham and invite all interested providers to participate in an early market assessment questionnaire.<br/><br/>The service commencement date is 1st January 2025.<br/><br/>Please note the deadline for expressions of interest is 12:00PM on 19th July 2023.
