What is TenderStead?
TenderStead is a UK tender intelligence platform that aggregates public procurement opportunities from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. We help businesses find relevant tenders quickly and deliver daily email alerts matched to their sector and region.
How much does it cost?
We offer a 14-day free trial. After that, it's £29 per month or £290 per year (saving you 2 months). You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
What sectors do you cover?
We cover all public procurement sectors including construction, IT, cleaning, transport, healthcare, education, professional services, and many more. Our database includes 14,322 tenders across 20+ major sectors.
Where does your data come from?
We pull tender data directly from official UK government procurement portals: Find a Tender (FTS) and Contracts Finder. These are the official sources where all public sector contracts above certain thresholds must be published.
How often is the data updated?
We ingest new tenders daily. Our system runs automatically every morning to ensure you have access to the latest opportunities. Email alerts are sent daily with any new matches.
Can I filter tenders by region?
Yes. You can filter by UK region (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, or specific regions like London, North West, etc.). You can also set up alerts for specific regions so you only receive relevant opportunities.
What are CPV codes?
CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary) codes are standardized codes used to classify what a tender is for. For example, 9091 is for cleaning services, 45 is for construction work. You can use CPV codes to find tenders in your specific sector. See our CPV guide for more details.
Do you show awarded contracts?
Yes. Our Won Contracts section shows recently awarded contracts so you can see who's winning in your sector. This is valuable competitive intelligence.
Can I search without signing up?
Yes. You can browse all tenders, sectors, and awarded contracts without an account. You only need to sign up if you want to receive daily email alerts.
How do email alerts work?
When you sign up, you can create filters based on your sector, region, and value range. We'll send you a daily email with any new tenders that match your criteria. You can set up multiple filters for different services or regions.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel during your trial, you won't be charged.
Do you cover private sector contracts?
Currently, we focus on public sector procurement from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. We may add private sector opportunities in the future.
Is there a mobile app?
We don't have a dedicated mobile app yet, but our website is fully responsive and works on mobile devices. You can also receive email alerts on your phone.
How do I get started?
