Public Service Reform Surrey County Council Commissioners are looking to undertake an Open Procurement under the Light Touch Regime, under regulation 74 of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to secure 5 contracts. • 5 Lots, based on geographical areas of Surrey (North-West Surrey, Guildford & Waverley, Surrey Heath & Farnham, Surrey Downs, East Surrey). • To support emotional well-being, resilience, and independence. • To provide community based social groups and one-to-one support. It is intended that the opportunity will be published during Summer 2023, with a contract commencement date during Spring 2024.
