Outsourcing of ENT Procedures for CAVUHB

Description

This notice relates to the intention to award a contract for the commissioning of ENT procedures by Cardiff University Health Board (CAVUHB) following a mini-competition under the Outsourcing of Clinical, Surgical & Diagnostics Services Framework Agreement (PRO-OJEULT-50776). The Health Services (Provider Selection Regime) (Wales) Regulations 2025 competitive process was followed to call off services under the framework agreement. NWSSP Procurement Services, on behalf of CAVUHB, undertook the procurement process. The proposed outsourcing volume is 210 cases. Please note that this is an indicative volume based on current and historical trends and is not guaranteed. Publication of this Intention to Award Notice commences the standstill period in accordance with the applicable regulations. No contract will be entered into before the end of the standstill period.
