Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) is a national public sector buying organisation delivering an array of frameworks to the public sector. YPO are currently developing a nationwide framework for the provision of specialist vehicles within the public sector, which will replace YPO’s existing framework for specialist vehicles (960), due to expire in October 2023.
