Description

The provision of care homes services outside the Borough of Calderdale for Adults with a Learning Disability and / or Physical Disability. There are two types of care home - residential and residential with nursing. The aim of the Service is to provide high quality, safe and personalised care home services that promotes choice, dignity, control and quality of life for all service users. The service must provide good quality care and support services which are efficient and provide value for money to service users. Placements will be made depending on where the service user choice on where they want to live, as specified in the Care Act 2014.
