Customer Digital Services - Consultancy prior notification

Thirteen Housing Group are seeking a Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solution to underpin the plan to further streamline and automate the customer service offer which will ultimately gain additional insight from the customer allowing us to improve the offer whilst automating the process. A key element of this phase is to introduce appointment based working for a larger proportion of the customer services team; offering up an appointment with a preferred member of the team, where possible, and, in many cases, replicating the island based approach that is now in place for the contact team. This approach should further improve issue resolution, sitting along side a range of self serve / self resolution options and should provide increased transparency on workloads.
