NHS Scotland is exploring options for replacement information technology solutions to deliver functionality of a legal services case management IT system. The case management system (CMS) will be used by Central Legal Office (CLO), a strategic business unit within The Common Services Agency, more commonly referred to as NHS National Services Scotland, NHS NSS or simply NSS.
