The purpose of this PIN is to provide information to potential bidders on the “OTLA phase 8 – action research for English, ESOL and Essential Digital Skills teachers in the Further Education and Training sector ” upcoming tender, to engage with potential bidders and organisations in their respective area, to develop specification requirements and consider ways of making the contract more effective based on potential bidders feedback, to help establish costs and benefits for potential approaches to help determine the best procurement and contracting approach and develop potential bidders knowledge of ETF and the work we do.
