Description
Norfolk County Council will be seeking to appoint a contractor for the West Winch housing access road scheme near King’s Lynn, Norfolk. It is anticipated that the appointment will be on a design and build basis. The scheme is described in the outline business case, which was submitted to DfT in September 2023.
