Description

Environment Agency Self-service Direct Award Government policy does not currently clearly address the actions needed to deal with the consequences of the orphaning of landfill sites. Research, development and evidence gathering is required on portfolio and site-specific levels in order to develop risk prioritisation matrices and mitigation plans.
