Research to inform the development of policy on assessment, categorisation, monitoring and inspection of disused tips

Welsh Government is awarding a contract for research which will inform the development on assessment, categorisation, monitoring and inspection of disused tips. The aim of the research is to inform the development of the Disused Tips Authority’s approach to preliminary and full assessments, categorisation, monitoring and inspection disused tips, by drawing on experience from other sectors and regulatory regimes to identify transferable principles, methodologies and standards.
