Park Hill - Communal Cleaning

Description

Provision of regular cleaning services across communal areas at Park Hill, including internal and external spaces, stairwells, lobbies, and bin stores. Also for the cleaning services of the office space at Park Hill, including kitchen/break areas, high touch surfaces, internal glass and other general cleaning. The contractor is expected to maintain cleanliness, report any defects or safety concerns, and to attend on weekends and bank holidays for bin rotations as required.
