Major Projects Delivery Framework

Description

Create a consistent, practical framework for managing major projects, that will leverage the expertise within RMBC and the best practice of other local authorities to deliver this agenda in a focused, strategic way. The contract value stated does not include expenses, which will be additional. Should additional works be required within scope the contract permits capacity for total expenditure up to £102,000 (inclusive of VAT).
