Council Chamber AV Works

Description

The Council is seeking to upgrade and enhance the existing audio-visual system within the Council Chamber. The works will build on the current system and infrastructure, improving its functionality, performance and resilience to better support Council and committee meetings. The upgrade will include enhancements to the existing audio, microphone, video and display equipment, meeting and presentation functionality, recording and webcasting capabilities, together with associated configuration, installation, testing and support.
