Viables Farmhouse Refurbishment

Description

The Viables Farmhouse is a detached traditionally built building arranged over two floors. Historically used as a farmhouse, later converted on the ground floor into a wine bar then Indian restaurant. The procurement is for a full refurbishment of the premises. The Council conducted this procurement using a below-Threshold Works Procedure in accordance with the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023.
