Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council (NPTCBC) wishes to use this Planned Procurement Notice as notification of the revised tender timescales of the proposed multi-Lot Minor Works Open Framework, due to be published in early December 2026. NPTCBC also wishes to update the Lot categories as follows: 1. Roofing; 2. Specialist Flooring; 3. Scaffolding; 4. Mechanical a) Air-conditioning & Ventilation; b) Heating & Welding; c) Plumbing; 5. Electrical; 6. General Minor Works below £50,000; 7. General Minor Works between £50,000 and £250,000; 8. Demolition; 9. Fencing & Handrailing; 10. Glazing; (please note that the above list may be subject to change prior to the tender going live).
