The framework will enable the Council to commission flexible, outcome-focused support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Services include assistance with personal care, medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks, delivered in line with assessed needs and care plans. Providers must comply with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, and workforce regulations, ensuring timely, reliable, and culturally appropriate care.
