Term Service Contract for the Repair, Maintenance, Inspection and Testing of Local Exhaust Ventilation, Air Handling Units and Kitchen Ventilation Systems

Description

The Maintenance and Periodic Inspection and Servicing of Local Exhaust and Ventilation, Air Handling, and Kitchen Ventilation Systems (LEV, AHU and KVS), in various occupied operational council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. The contract scope of work includes carrying out planned inspection and servicing, maintenance works to the systems; repairs, installs, upgrades and modifications to ensure that systems meet operational and safety standards and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times to undertake repairs to LEV, AHU and KVS systems.
