The Authority is seeking to engage with suppliers who have experience in this market to help it refine the requirements of the procurement exercise. This is a retrospective preliminary market engagement notice covering the Request For Information (RFI) that was published via our e-tendering system (YORtender) in November / December 2024. Discovery sessions were held in January 2025 for suppliers who had submitted an RFI.
