Energy Efficiency Upgrades Support for Wave 3

Description

This contract will ensure Citizen's Decarbonisation team to deliver energy efficiency upgrades to Citizen properties. This contract will include the installation of Solshare Technology to Citizen blocks, which qualifies for wave 3 funding. The contract will also include the general energy-efficiency improvement works for wave 3. The contract value, is a top-line potential spend through the contract and is not a guaranteed sum.
