BlueLight Commercial are working in collaboration with the Home Office and the National RPA Programme which is led by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) and supported by 3 pathfinder forces Lancashire Constabulary, Avon & Somerset Constabulary and West Midlands Police.
