Description

The six Local Authorities and Health Board in North Wales are recommissioning domiciliary care under the North Wales Domiciliary Care Agreement, with a view to achieving / continuing to develop outcomes-focussed care and support across the region. This domiciliary care will be for adults and children / young people with a wide variety of needs and circumstances. Tender submissions are welcomed from providers for the following: - Lot 1: Standard domiciliary care for adults 18+ - Lot 2: Complex domiciliary care for adults 18+ - Lot 3: Standard domiciliary care for children and young people under 18 - Lot 4: Complex domiciliary care for children and young people under 18
