Description
Nest intends to enter into a new contract with CEPRES GmbH for the continued provision of its existing private-markets investment data, analytics and platform services. The arrangement is intended to maintain continuity while Nest Invest completes the Asset Allocation/Total Portfolio View procurement and develops its future data-platform architecture. The approved arrangement is an initial 12-month term plus one optional six-month extension, giving a maximum contemplated period of 18 months.
