Orbit Group Ltd wishes to provide advance notification to the market of a forthcoming tender opportunity to appoint 2 (two) contractors for the provision of Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Remedial Works across its residential and communal properties across its property portfolio in the UK geographies: Lot 1 - one contractor supporting the Midlands Region Lot 2 - one contractor supporting the East and South Regions The requirement would also expect the contractor(s) to support each region if/when work demands dictate. This PIN relates to early market engagement only and is NOT a call for competition (procurement/ tender documents are not available at this time). Any contracts for these services may be subject to separate procurement processes in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended). All participants in this event shall be responsible for their own costs (including third party costs) and the Contracting Authority shall have no liability to any participant.
