This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market that the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) intends to tender for the Provision of Vehicle Excise Duty Enforcement Services. The requirement includes the ability of a supplier to provide: • Immobilisation, • Removal, • Storage, • Disposal, • Enforcement Notice Issuing Services and; • Provision of Automatic Number Plate Recognition Services.
