Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority - Support the set up of the Authority's finance function

Description

The Combined Authority is building capacity across its teams to ensure that it is ready for the election of a Mayor in May 2027, and to support the developmental work needed to prepare for devolution of additional powers and responsibilities. In the context of this project, this includes the creation of finance capacity and capability.
