Description
St Albans City & District Council (the Council) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in advance of a forthcoming procurement exercise for the provision of a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Maintenance and Compliance Contract. The current service arrangement is due to expire on 31 March 2027, and the Council is seeking to engage with the market to better understand supplier capability, capacity, innovation, delivery models, and best practice approaches ahead of commencing a formal procurement process.
